From the cool 2017 vintage comes our first Blanc de Blancs (pure chardonnay). Light and bright in the glass with very fine bubbles. On the nose the citrusy fruit mingles with subtle biscuity notes. Very fine and delicate on the palate with some creaminess courtesy of over five years ageing on yeast lees. Finishes long, fresh and dry. An elegant wine and a superb apéritif style.
